The doorstep cash buying iPhone business.

These are the terms and conditions on which we will buy devices from you. By allowing us to purchase your devices at your doorstep you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms tell you who we are, how we will buy from you, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

Before calling us about any iphone, please read these terms carefully and take note of your IMEI number as we will not assess the phone before checking it on the GSMA database. Your IMEI number can be found by typing in *#06# (or in your device’s settings). It should also be printed on the back of your device or under the battery.

Please ensure all personal data is removed from devices before selling your device to us. We cannot be held responsible for your personal data if you have not removed it from your device. If you sell us a non-functioning device we may not be able to reset or wipe it before selling it on.

Contracts and SIM Cards

You are responsible for cancelling any contract linked to each device. Please remove all SIM and data cards before selling us your device. Any SIM or data cards received by us will be securely destroyed and will not be returned. We accept no liability if any device sent or sold to us with a SIM or data card is lost and charges are then incurred. You will still be responsible for all such charges.
